Bummer. I picked the Blue Bucks to take this game, and it was close... Zabransky just always seems to make mistakes in clutch situations. Oh well.

Go Nebraska. Nothing makes my day like watching Michigan getting taken out.

Nebraska - "CAN I DANCE WITH YA DATE?!"

They should have called this the "Would've Been Great 10 Years Ago Bowl".

Check out the Noseguard for Nebraska - LaKevin Smith. That guy went to my high school which is impressive since it is a small private school that is about as low level high school football as there is, and he ended up starting on the d-line for Nebraska?!?

Just above that level. We're talking private schools with high school student bodies of about 200-300. In relative terms, the football is OK, but the speed is just not there at all.

Nebraska has come all the way back . . . Both games today have been great.

BTW - I really like the booth of Mike Tirico and Kirk Herbstreit.

If anything was learned from this game, it is to never invite Sun Belt officials back to officiate a bowl game... Jesus, Joseph and Mary that was horrible...

Yet another great bowl game, haven't saw a bad one yet this year.

OMG - Did anybody see that last play? Michigan almost scored on a play similar to the Cal kickoff return. There were at least 50 players on the field when the play ended . . . but no flags?!?!

One of the worst officiated games that you'll ever see.

I'm glad somebody agrees with me. It was inexplicable how bad the officiating was. From that last play, to the missed interference call to the two timeouts they made Michigan burn for replays . . . Lloyd Carr is probably about to have a stroke.

The only way someone could disagree is if they didn't watch the game... just horrible. Tirico and Herbstreit were even calling the ref's incompetent.

By the way . . . congrats to the Nebraska athletic department on that 8th win. Two more and you'll be back to what you had the year that you fired Frank Solich.

I am glad I am not alone in venting at the officials. That better not be what costs me the Best Buy prize from espn.com.

I almost feel bad for Michigan... Then I remember it's Michigan. The officials sucked, but so does Bitchigan. So Nebraska got their win and I'm happy.

I was about to pop a vein if the Sooners blew that game the night after Michigan did the same thing for my picks...

Anyone else's bowl picks taking a beating today?

So far I'm 0-3 with Miami looking to make it 0-4. :banghead:
