He does clearly have a bug up his ass about Barnes that almost seems personal. I mean I get part of it, I think Barnes has done a bad job at times this year; but some here seem to get almost excited when they can complain. And it's even worse when it's a mod.

I was actually here on Wednesday complimenting how well JJJ played. And why should I get super excited about a win at Rupp that wasn’t going to change the outcome of the season? I’m sorry I didn’t let one win change my perception of a disappointing season.

I don’t usually come in here after games I don’t watch, I didn’t catch much of the Kentucky game so I only saw the highlights. I watched almost all of today’s game. I was in here plenty last year when the team had an excellent regular season and rarely criticized. It’s not my fault this year’s team wasn’t good.

Also I like baseball a hell of a lot more than college basketball because of how bad the product is. I don’t watch college basketball outside of two teams.

If you can't get excited about a win at Rupp as a Vol fan regardless of the situation, then maybe you better turn in your Vol card. We'd won there 5 times total before that game.

It’s always fun to win at Rupp. But I also don’t get overly excited about one win in the midst of a disappointing season.

The coaches that’s been mentioned in the “Next HC Thread” seem like underwhelming hires IMO.

It’s going to be hard to replace a HOF coach with over 700 wins under his belt when he retires.

It could always be a lot worse....

No, I don’t get off on losing. I don’t like watching us coming off with two really good years with a bad season this year because of inexecusbale recruiting and roster building over a three year period. Unlike a lot of posters in this forum, I don’t find Rick Barnes to be the savior of basketball or think he should put on some sort of pedestal.

I mean if you guys want me to post more bitching about this season I could try and see if I could do that since you guys seemed to be concerned about it but I don’t want that and I doubt you guys would like that.
