It did, went from 37 to 36, not gonna move much at this point in the year unless it's a road game win against a good team or home loss to bad team.

If Tennessee goes 4-3: loses SC & UK, wins Missouri & LSU, and 2-1 verse Georgia, Bama and Vandy their RPI is gonna remain pretty solid.
