Unfortunately Michael Dell opened a huge campus in OKC years years ago which has been a major boom to the OKC economy so there are a few folks that have mastered at least the basics but for the rest of the state meth labs rule.

In the UK, archeologists dug down 10 feet and found traces of steel wire. They concluded that the British had a primitive mechanical signaling system 300 years ago.
Not to be outdone, French archeologists dug down 50 feet and found traces of copper wire. They concluded that the French had a primitive telegraph network 500 years ago.
In Oklahoma, archeologists dug down 100 feet and found absolutely nothing. They concluded that the Mississippian culture had already gone wireless 1000 years ago.
