I respect Negadu's decision. He'd rather die playing the game he loves than sit on the bench and wish he was out there for the rest of his life. It is a tough decision, but it is his life and I'm sure he understands what's on the line when he steps on the court.

Not trivializing his situation @ all. But with his condition and the equipment on hand @ NM or UT, its more likely hed be hospitalized than die. His doctor cleared him to play, and its 2010. I'd think if they said, "playing bb will kill you Eman" hed be in a night class instead of working on his seven-footer. Hell be fine. Best of luck Eman.You'll be a Vol forever.
