Couple of interesting tilts.

There's no way to hide the fact you're a hoops junkie when, as I was earlier today, you're telling people what an intriguing matchup Robert Morris and Kent at 8 in the morning will be.

It's that time again...

You have to love being able to watch live college basketball at any point during the day.

Looking forward to watching as much as I can.

ORU Tulsa interests me.

SDSU-Gonzaga after Sons of Anarchy is pretty appealing to me.

Also, is there some kind of surprise whether or not UCLA plays Nevada or Pacific? Game time decision?

Tulsa's got problem. Time for Wojcik to live up to all the hype about how he's an up and coming star in the coaching profession.

He hasn't lived up for a second, for my money. Just haven't seen it.

That program should be pushing Memphis, not fighting Southern Miss and Marshall for bids in the CBIT. They had NCAA Tournament quality talent the last two years and did absolutely nothing with it.

Folks unhappy. Don't know if they can recruit with Memphis ever, but they can handle the rest of the conference. Wojcik just hasn't ever had them overachieve. Always seem to lack something. Hasn't ever found that guy to stroke it and defenses are shockingly soft. No way to coach at the little guys.

He'll step up or he's going to get buried. Eustachy is finally getting Southern Miss where he wants it, Floyd will have UTEP at a consistent NCAA Tournament level in two years, Herrion will turn Marshall into a force in that league, Donnie Jones is a good coach with a bunch of resources at Central Florida, and Billy Gillispie might be in Matt Doherty's seat at SMU next year.

I'll be @ the HS Jamboree coaching tomorrow but I'm recording the 'Nova game. It won't be a contest but I'm very interested to see if they run some new sets they were working on when I was there. Jay Wright kept mentioning WVU when they were running these specific sets so I don't know if they are specifically for WVU or all the teams they play that switch screens.

We won't get much credit, but that will be a good win.

The West Virginia staff was really impressed with them. They just caught them on a night when they didn't make any shots. Once their new guards get their feet under them, they're going to be tough to handle.

Haven't seen much, but they're tough by most accounts.

Like I said earlier, I'm really curious to see how the Memphis guards can use their athleticism to attack Miami's bigs.
