Same old story for this team.

1) Great starting pitching

2) Lackluster hitting for the most part.

3) Giving up runs with costly errors.

4) Bad bullpen arms other than Cox and Lee

5) Bad and dumbfounding base running

Very disappointed in this team. Expectations were a lot higher than this. Now is the time to really start hitting the panic button for the season. We can't blame weather anymore. This is who we are right now.

How many games have we lost this season due to defense?

How can a coach fix something like this mid-season?

This was the worst defensive performance I've seen at LNS by either friend or foe.

We should hands game won this game 5-0 for God's sake!

With traveling teams, AAU, high school and baseball schools, we should not be having to worry about defensive play. These guys are basically playing ball 10-12 months a year!

I could understand lack of defense if we were lighting up the score board but they aren't. I'm gonna call it like I see it, I'm not sure this thing with CDS is working out so well. If he gets next year he needs to bring in some new assistants. Last I heard Chris Burke is still waiting by the phone, just saying.

Well, I never stopped reality from keeping me down and not having a good time. So...:pepper::pepper: Love the game...especially Vols., and especially since I'm not the AD. :):)

I have seen T-Ball teams that field better than this team. Unfortunately, Serrano seems to have the pitching going pretty well, but the fielding is terrible and the hitting not much better. Seven runs due to errors. If they hadn't given away those 7 runs, they would have won the game. No SEC tournament for this team unless they can somehow learn how to field and hit. Maybe the softball coaches can help them.

Just got done watching where I left off, what a great thing being able to go to ESPN and see the replay is...

I don't understand why Lee isn't the DH all the time. I don't get Lance at 1B when Maggio or Lee can do it and Lance is batting .171...I didn't like it last year when Maddox would end up at first. The pitchers, AJ and Nick are used to throwing the ball to a 6'5 guy and Lance is 5'10.

I know Langhorne made a bone headed play, but he's been the better fielder this year. I appreciate giving the upperclassman a chance, but Rodgers BRH (the better hitter thus far of the three) or Langhorne BLH should be at 3B.

Don't understand bringing in Kane instead of Lee...

Of the guys that went to the Cape last summer Lee performed the best. I know it's a long season, match ups are involved, but we should use that guy more than we are.

Based on what's gone on around the league, we're still okay, which is kind of a miracle as bad as we've been playing.

Need to get the win tomorrow and saying that makes me Captain Obvious Of The Evening. :)
