Honestly, If We don't get Gruden and I feel dirty saying that but if by chance We don't I would hope We throw the wallet at Chris Peterson...I personally think He is one of the best coaches out there...He takes 2 and 3 star talent and beats good teams with them...He is a hell of a developer of talent.

Agreed. Peterson is a winner and he'd would be at UT.

That aside, Gruden still makes the most sense.

I'm pretty sure Gruden has an out in his contract if he wants to coach again. I just can't see him signing anything that would keep him away from the game if he wanted to return. I'm sure you agree.

A coach I would have on the list would be Pat Fitzgerald at Northwestern. Young coach, they play hard for him as well. Only problem with him is, he was a LB there and I doubt he would leave.
