I know exactly what is going to happen. Dooley is going to blame the transition to 3-4 (which was his call) and have Sunseri fall on his (Dooley's) sword, in order to get another year.

It would be odd to blame the season on the 3-4 taking two yrs to switch to and then fire Sunseri after one yr.

I may be in the minority but I feel terrible for the players and even feel bad for Dooley. The guy tried...he has just flat out failed...I know he will walk away with a bunch of cash but it sucks to see someone in orange so overwhelmed...
