Up to this point, I really haven't bought into this Gruden will be our next HC, but now that Larry has put it out there that we are indeed trying to make play for him, it just got real for me.

I don't see him coming here for anything less than 5+ mil a year and his staff would probably add another few million a year. I guess the big money guys have finally had enough of hiring coaches on the cheap.

Yes,b/c he is usually really conservative and said that we wouldn't spend more than $3M for a coach(or something to that affect).
