Dooley gone. Announcement Monday.

Gruden introduced Monday following Kentucky game. 6 yrs 30-35 million.

Buyout discussions between Hart and Dooley began this past Monday.

How much is your contract worth? Its different than giving a two weeks notice at a normal job.

He doesnt coach, its a breach. He cannot refuse to coach because his butt is hurt, he is contractually obligated to do so. The only way out of it is to resign, or wait to be let go. Otherwise its a $5mil "FU".
