a little insight into Gruden...and evidently had the utmost respect for Gruden...not by this quote ofcourse
but probably didn't hurt..:)
from Warren Sapp's new book:

In preparation for [the 2002 NFC Championship Game] Jon Gruden have the single best motivational speech I've ever heard. In reality, most coaches' speeches aren't like in the movies, where the coach builds up and up the momentum until the team charges hell-bent onto the field ready to rip down the entire stadium. If a coach does give that type of speech it's usually Saturday night. The Sunday speech is the matter-of-fact review of what we need to do to win the game. All business. Gruden gave this speech at the beginning of the week. He stood up in front of us and explained that there were 10 things we needed to do to beat the Eagles. Ten Things! He went down the list one by one, blah blah blah, blah blah blah, we'd heard it all. But then he got to the number one thing we needed to do, and he started talking about their kick returner Brian Mitchell. "I want Brian Mitchell's ass on a plate," he said. "And once we finish with the Philadelphia Eagles we are going to go to San Diego for the Super Bowl..." he paused, grinned and concluded, "Where the coach is gonna get two hotel rooms for all my b****es!"

The room erupted. Exploded. That was it, that was the greatest motivational speech ever. There isn't even a second place. "The coach is gonna get two hotel rooms for all my bi***es!"

I said to Gruden, "Yes, you are one sick dude! Let's go get this done."

Why am I hearing Bob Kesling telling Coach Dooley that he will see him next week for Troy and also to tune in to the Derek Dooley show.

Apparently Kesling doesn't think he is going anywhere. Or maybe is just being nice.

No, it's business as usual. Why would Kesling say anything out of the ordinary. Keep moving and when Dooley is offically out then im sure Kesling will aknowledge it.

Would today not be a few days early for Gruden to fly out to Arizone for a MNF game. I have no idea, just curious. I would like to think that he has been with Hart all day while the FB coaches have been gone, and then purposely had the pic put on twitter to disquise his where a beens.

Have to drive to Nashville and back tomorrow and will have to keep my phone in the back seat for safety sakes lol.

I do not listen to much sports radio, what shows will be on tomorrow between 9am and 4 or 5 pm? Just my luck possibly a huge day in UT football and I will not be able to be glued to it. I still think a Monday announcement is most likely but that's jmo.

If my info is correct Sunday.

I'll pay for one of the rooms if he is our next coach.
