I guess I wanted to give him another chance to prove it. UF turned out to be a lot better than we all thought, but still. We had that game. And then vs UGA and Miss. State and now USC. Bama game doesn't weigh as heavily to me because there are few, if any, teams that can beat them.

I understand, bro.

Couple of questions:

1. If the announce Dooley gone in the next 48, who will be interim? Chaney? Up in the box? I wonder how long it's been since he was on the sidelines and called a game? Someone else?

2. What will they say regarding the "search" for a new coach? Starts immediately, already begun, nothing?

J Harris should be punished with a Dooley avi and must have a signature of a Dooley quote followed by give him another year IMO

I had that same thought but then someone else offered this scenario. What if Gruden finishes out his stint on MNF, and every game he does, Tennessee gets mentioned.

Think about all those times they have to just fill time with banter, Terico turns to Jon and says "We'll miss you when you leave for Tennessee." Jon replies "Yea. I had a great time here and I'll miss you guys, but I can't wait to get to Rocky Top." (Or something to that effect.)

That would be a huge for recruiting.

"former Vol Eric Berry with the int"

" former Vol Jabari Greer with the breakup"

"former Vol Arian Foster with the TD"

and so on. Might help recruiting :)

They'll say "Do you watch Monday Night Football? No? Okay, well watch it tomorrow."
