He has a source inside that has been reliable before on multiple occasions. I'm on mobile so I won't go through them all. Look into the last pages of the Gruden Thread II. It got full this afternoon. I am skeptical with these types of rumors but a few of the solid VN posters with sources that have proven to be reliable in the past are confirming this rumor.

I've read enough of BTO's material to believe that he doesn't make things up on here. For fun, I tried to find something. This one was harder though. I found Gruden's mother-in-law's name, but you don't get much by searching under her name.

It's not just SBV. There are 5-6 other posters who have been credible in the past who have also said there's a good chance Gruden is coming to UT.

This could end up being another Randy Shannon deal, but I'd be very surprised if that's the case.

I think this is for real. Way, way too much smoke for it to be BS. I could be wrong though.

I hear ya, and tend to agree. Just really don't see it, like I said, yet at least. We're only 7 games in and have lost to 4 top 16 teams. Not defending Dooley at all, just stating facts.

Hopefully we hear the news Monday and I'm wrong, until then I'm not buying into it at all

I am, at best, cautiously optimistic. I have been predicting off line that Dooley would be let go on or around the 30th since the UF game. That much I still believe will happen. I have no inside sources or anything beyond logic and history to back it up.

The Gruden rumor would fit nicely into that timeline, but I am having a hard time buying in fully myself.
