A guy on Board of Trustees just confirmed Gruden was offered 6yr/30m but was concerned about length (wants longer term) of contract. If TN loses on Sat, firing announcement on Sunday. He said "more than likely" announcement of Gruden comes Monday.

Just tossing in my anecdotal. Hope it is true.

I have beers with a guy whos sister knows one of the janitors in the athletic facilities. He confirms that there is an offer out but the numbers posted here are off by about 600k per year. This is based on some of the shredded trash he takes out each afternoon.
