Been lurking here for a few weeks reading and finally heard some things that might be of interest to this forum from some friends. Has anyone posted today anything about Gruden or potential members of his staff calling high profile Vol football Alumni yet and seeking their blessing and asking if they will be behind him and support him?

Thanks VFL and just so no one feels left out, cliffs on what babyvol said on TOS:

started a thread asking if board preferred Steve Young or Trent Dilfer as a replacement on MNF.
Said donors and former players were chipping in to pay salary hence no plan from CHeek
Jay Gruden would be OC if no NFL job or Chad Morris if they can buy him out
Said he's 99% sure it's done. Just up to Gruden to say yes

If we get Gruden, how many of you will run up and kiss him when he strolls into Neyland for his press conference like that crazy broad at Bama did when Saban arrived.
