Yep. Al Davis won 3 super bowls, and he won them with 3 almost totally different teams. Few owners have won one SB, much less 3. Too bad in Al's later years he evidently lost his touch.

I don't know if we'll get Gruden, I can only hope, just like everyone else. I will say this, he's worked for Al Davis and the Glazer family, that alone tells me that he can more than handle anything that the college game could throw at him... boosters, university types, local media idiots, etc.
