100% works. I take Tart Cherry Extract and Curcumin as directed and havent had an attack in 5 years. I almost gave up fishing, the prescription meds didnt work. I even sold my boat because I couldn't use it. Was considering a procedure when this was recommended to me. It changed my life.

Are the directions on the packages, or is there a certain combination?

I have bought several different brands from the local vitamin store and some have it some do not.

I take 400mg Curcumin 2/bid and 1000mg Tart Cherry Extract 1/bid. The Tart Cherry can be taken up to 3000mg per day for immediate relief from an attack, but the maintenance dose for me is 1000mg per day.

There is no overdose threat with the tart cherry extract but since Curcumin is a derivative of Turmeric root my Dr. said to not exceed 1200mg daily.
