Could not agree more. This is the most interesting / relevant post of ALL, beginning with post 1 in Gruden 1 until now.

2 wordslausible deniability...that way Hart can deny everything while the money men are working the back channels and getting everything in motion...

its only been done 10,000 times...you don't need Gruden involved,just his agent who knows exactly what JG wants...you don't need Hart overseeing everything or flying all over the country,Haslam and Ergen can do that
or call the agent and tell Hart how its going,etc...
