He has good sources for recruiting, but i don't put much stock into what he says based on his speculation or on things not regarding recruiting.

He works closely with him is my impression. Also I think his post is more about changes needing to be made to insure the next coach is successful. In other words he is making excuses for DD. Its understandable if he does work close to the staff

Dudes just a huge Dooley fan. I think he has decent inside info on recruiting but not necessarily coaching hires. Just don't see the boosters allowing a sh*tty hire.

He is. Anyone who knows anything about college level football scheme and strategy knows that Dooley is not a good football coach. Listen to Ainge on monday mornings, i don't listen to his coaching search opinion, but when he breaks down Dooley's strategy and play calling compared to Phil and Cut's, it really opens your eyes.
