What do u not understand about 100% certain, or it's a done deal? Because that's what they said.. There's no falling through at the last minute bs when it's 100% happening.

Let's flip this Ainge thing around. We are isolating him and hanging on his every word. Swain and Rucker will be rolling in there with something else. The TSR guys are all over the map with their predictions.

Why?

The message boards are driving people to thier sites and to their stations.

Which would get the fans riled up more....Gruden or No Gruden? We are dying for some hope here and these guys know that by saying "No Gruden" it will light up their phone lines like nobody's business.

Which is more believable to the average fan? Homerun hire or more of the same. More accurately, which will piss off the average joe so much that they will tune in and call in? So, average joe calls in and either is sure it's Gruden, bemoans the state of UTF, or sings Gruden's praises. Either way, the phone lines are lit.

They are playing people to drive hits. I don't mind it but that is, IMO, what we are seeing.

You're still assuming a lot. There are 5 people on this site that know where my info came from....one of which got their the info from the same place. Whether you know or believe is of no consequence to me or anyone else.

If you're writing a book, leave that chapter out and make it a mystery.

Anyone who is foolish enough to think that the local media is going to go out and predict Gruden to UT until everything has been finished is an imbecile.

There are legalities involved here from both sides that have to be wrapped up before this can be discussed. None of the legalities is a change of heart from either party but part of the process.

Once the announcement is made Knoxville will become a media hotspot, no way that gets put out there until UTAD/Gruden are ready for it.
