I sell OSM at my bar...first place to sell it in Colorado!!! Imagine that!

I have orange and white OSM tshirts with my bars logo on the back!!! They sent me some from the distillery for promotional purposes...so I kept one!!

Got the white lightening.

Gruden is NOT going to coach at Tennessee, why would he want to?, all the headaches is not what he wants when he has a better job with espn not to mention it's alot easier gig, is it because he owns land there, his wife was a cheerleader or maybe it's his dream job. I want a great hire myself but come on JG, I don't believe is going to coach at any college level, i'm more realistic than believing that he's coaching at Tennessee. Just like Ark. believes an announcement of him going there, lmao not happening folks.

This is what I was talking about earlier

Find Bells Two Hearted IPA. You won't be disappointed.

Oh, yep. I've had that one too. With the fish on the front.

I just bought a 6 pack of Bell's Amber the other day and was really disappointed. It was my favorite when I first bought it and Oberon quickly became my favorite, still is. But the Amber taste different from when I first got it. I don't even know how I would describe it when I first got it a couple years ago. The after taste had this smooth, creamy aftertaste. It seems more watered down and no longer has that taste. More of just a sour taste. Really disappointing because I really loved that after taste. I was buying a 6 pack of it like every other week until I started trying more and more new beers. Guess I should have stuck with it while that batch lasted because it doesn't taste the same to me anymore. :(

I said I hated it which is apparently blasphemy lol
Not in my book. Sorry Jake, I do like other NB offerings though, mainly Ranger IPA.

But since your bar has a claim to fame around it, I can see why you would be so defensive, especially given it's popularity.

It is funny how you will just be reading along and then BOOM--all of a sudden there is one of these diatribes. They are unsolicited and just hit you out of the blue.

I've not had the original, I just remember seeing the label with "lager" underneath it. Don't start with Shiner Hefeweizen if you do, truly an awful beer.

What are some good ones?

Might be better if they're dispensed through the country or if you know the brewery is around the midwest. I'm up in Iowa so if you're in Tennessee, I'm not sure some of the more local stuff would make it's way up here. It's possible though, we have a couple of really good places that have good selections.

I can't drink the real stuff. Call me a wuss but that's rough.

If you had my Strawberry or Apple Pie you would.

People have said the strawberry we get could be spread on toast like Jelley. Its cut to about 90 proof and if you want the best daiquiri ever just pour it over ice, blend, and enjoy. Just be sure you have your life jacket on, we spend every moment of the summer on the lake and it has become quite the crowd favorite.

That's not "real" moonshine, but it is pretty good. Calling that stuff Shine is about like calling Malt Liquor "Beer" lol.

No offense, but it actually is real shine. It's distilled the same exact way...they just pay their taxes.

That's like saying, the legal marijuana in Colorado isn't real.

I've heard people talk about it but I've never actually looked for it. Isn't it around Tennessee? I'm not in Tennessee but I'll look for it. I have had Shocktop though that's raspberry wheat. Didn't taste like beer at all.

If you like beers with fruit flavor, Leinenkugels makes a bunch. I've had Summer Shandy(lemon), Berry Weis, Honey Weis, Sunset Wheat and Octoberfest. Oddly enough, I've never had the original Leinenkugel's which is a heffenweizer I believe.

Sunset Wheat tastes like fruity pebbles.

Made by Abita - its good stuff...

being promiscuous with other beers will definitely change your perception about old favorites.
