As you can see by the number of posts i am very new to posting here! I want to thank all of the OG's for the info provided. I just got through with 5 months of Chemo about 3 weeks ago and have been folowing this thread all along and it has been the one constant joy i have had recently. Really appreciate all of the information!!

Guys I have no reason to doubt any insider info or dont claim to have any myself...however help me with why so many so called experts say Gruden isnt coming? How is it beneficial to them to make that strong of a statement?

I'm listening too. Hooker actually sounds like he's got a huge chub on for Gruden. Said "pay him 5 or 6 million easily".

I went to school with Hooker at UT, had several classes with him. He's got All-Vol running through his veins. I would say he's like the rest of us, seriously wanting UT football to be relevant again at all costs.

There are people with knowledge of the situation that will speak to people like Jay, OV, DTO and myself, who would never speak to a journalist. They will tell us things they would never say to media. Most of the media guys, especially the local ones, get spoonfed their info by the AD. They put up with limitations on what they can report because they are reliant on the AD for access. Step out of line, report something not approved, lose your access....then what good are you?
