you have to wonder if Mora doing what he just did in coming from the NFL to the college game and beating a ranked rival has any bearing on anything. I would have to think it's noteworthy at the very least.

PS Kiffin sucks!

You're right and I've thought about it....

It has absolutlely NO bearing on anything..

Well I have been out of the loop for a couple if days and I was wondering if Dano got outed as a troll? Thanks in advance.

I don't know if he ever got "outed as a troll." I know that somehow, overnight, lots of the in-the-know people here who were quoting him suddenly backed off.

I was on the evening/ night that he first started posting, and he seemed like an excited wide-eyed newbie, saying he was happy to be here. He mentioned that he worked as a guitar repair guy in Nashville (a very cool job, btw.)

Next thing I knew, a day and a half later, maybe 2 1/2 later, he was saying that he had all these contacts in the media and in pro football, and he was getting quoted all over the place.

So I asked him if it's true that his day job was working on guitars, and Sam pushed him for an answer, and he said yes and sort of shut down, at least for a while.

Then apparently he got in a Twitter flame war (geeze, what has happened to our world when there is such a thing as a "Twitter flame war") with Eric Ainge, and people started questioning his cred as a journalist, calling him unprofessional.

fwiw, I have no problem (and said so) with someone working a day job and trying to break into writing and blogging. I have a family member who does the same, and who is actually making money from writing. You've gotta start somewhere, and that's a good way to do it. But his tone and presence when he first came here was a "wow, what a cool website, and you guys are great" and about 72 hours later, he seemed to be lording around, telling us about all his inside info.

Oh, and he linked to a website that featured his name as being a writer for another website as proof. :)

I don't think he's a troll, but barring further evidence to the contrary, he sure looks like someone who got a bit carried away.

And again, if I'm wrong, my apologies. :hi: I kept looking for some proof that he was an insider, and frankly, I never saw it. But then I can't read every single post on all 8 threads, so I might well have missed something.

NCST game with 11 minutes left. We are going to get screwed watching this crap. Neither running the ball so it will be around 9 before this is over.

Ok I just read the cliff notes. Dang Jake brought the heat! Jake if you're on here lurking, thanks for bringing that info.

His last post on this site was an unpsidedown power T (colored gold) with some kind of pro-Vandy crap on it. You be the judge.

Sad if Petrino is the only realistic one.
