Not a lot of news to be had. I wouldn't expect any more boomworthy news until after Thanksgiving unless Dooley really lays an egg in Nashville.

Btw...I know I'm a long way from home, but I live and breathe UT out here...having said that, I have some pretty good connections in TN as well.

I got a very interesting email today from the mother of a childhood friend of mine that claims her son, who I played baseball with, is having dinner with Jim Haslam tonight. She has no idea about this board or it contents...Shes in her late 60's. She told me to call him (I haven't talked to him in over 20 years) and gave me his number which is an 865 area code.

I had no idea he lives on Knoxville.

We exchanged a couple of emails and I told her what has been running through the rumor mill...and she said, "you just need to talk to him. He needs to know what you are hearing and you need to know what he knows. This is going to happen, but it may take some time."

Can I shoot you an email with a name so you toss it around in our circle...I'd love to know more and it could prove to be a legitimate source to throw into the Filter Machine.

Will Gruden be attending the Alcoa vs CAK football game or the Webb vs Donelson Christian Academy tonight? Which school did Cindy and the kids like the best?

The Thanksgiving lull will be tough next week. Hopefully, Hart will send out some smoke signals instead of smoke screens ASAP.

After all his jabbering since last year I hope e punch Franklin square in the mouth. Good news is I think our DB's actually match up decent against their WR's...

No he doesn't look like Kojak. He also said you probably know some of his friends. I'll get some names.

I'm not booster connected so you are probably barking up the wrong tree with me,.but another source is always welcome and.worthwhile.

I'd rather not put my email out again....I have admirers with strange proclivities they like to share. Post yours up if you want and I'll reply with mine.

If Cordova is close enough, there's a liquor store on the west side of Germantown just south of where Macon crosses. It's in the same little shopping center as Dowdles Sporting Goods. The have Ole Smokey and Popcorn Sutton.

I hope we win so that even when we are at our worst, they still can't beat us. Then, Gruden annoucement and they will go back to their rightful place as being our automatic win every year.

I expect them to do what they have always done...get us excited, get up on the Dores, then go to sleep or go into piss poor management...then...(as I choke back mouth vomit)...anchor down...I dont think the Dores will beat them, they will beat themselves.
