Putting a staff together at this point only makes sense if he's going to coach in college. Mainly because of recruiting. What would be the reasoning to build one right now for the NFL? I can understand calling possible suitors but actually building a staff only makes sense for college. Imo anyway

This was my exact and immediate reaction when someone posted Gruden's son's Twitter in here.

I would ask people not to bother him, but given some of the folks we've got in this fanbase, I know that request means zilch.
