Some of the hate toward Hart is amusing. I doubt he gives a rats arse about what the average fan thinks of the process or the final selection. Short term, he's only worried about what the major boosters think. And if they're happy with the outcome, the final evaluation will be determined on the field.

Now it also works both ways. If the boosters aren't happy with the process or the outcome, Hart won't last long regardless of W's/L's. So best we keep in mind Hart's job is not to please us minions. We live in a capatilist country that those who have the money have the power and those who have the power control the decisions. The rest of us just ride their coat tails.
