We are just about at the end of the line. It is very very dark.

You can't trust what anybody says anymore.

At this point you have nothing to go on except absolute faith until a coaching announcement is made.

Seems hard to believe our AD is so incompetent that he hadn't even contacted the one person everyone in the program wanted to at least take a shot at. I don't think the agent is being entirely truthful however it's tempered my expectations a lot.

I've been at work checking in every now and then my question.....what happend to volreporter?? Is it a boy or girl? Right or wrong? Will it eat green eggs and ham? did it find waldo? I need some answers!

That's what I'm screamin. Why we have to be so under the table and quiet about our search and other teams like the Barn and the Sty can swing and miss and be just fine is beyond me. I've never understood how Auburn (you ever been there?) or Arkansas (I don't even wanna go back there..) can be so much more out in the open and its ok to get turned down and such. We get turned down and suddenly UT's a coaching hell-hole that noone will ever, ever want to be at... WTF?

I wonder if Dave Hart may be the Derick Dooley of ADs. If you look, he has never really made a big hire. I think his last hire was at East Carolina or somewhere like that. Do you think an AD like Foley at Florida would have handled this search this way? Any competent AD would have had two coaches hired before Dooley was fired.

Lamonte is a snotty, vindictive, shark. If Hart pissed him off, he will stop at no end to embarrass him and UT.

Hart is out of his league with Lamonte.
