What is the 20 hour rule?

Current NCAA rules limit a student-athlete's participation in athletically related activities to a maximum of four hours a day and 20 hours a week during the season.

Interesting that they aren't listing the man with the most buzz. Gruden is not the only man to deny being offered the job. Golden has too, yet he's there.

Almost impossible to put odds on Gruden, therefore they don't. It's like a game where a star is injured and the odds are "off". Way too much risk for them to even offer odds IMO.

I have been against Petrino for a looooooong time, but that's just because I thought for sure Gruden was the guy. Now that there is a lot of smoke around Gruden not coming, we gotta get Petrino.

More smoke of getting Gruden than not. And integrity that Hart mentioned eliminates Petrino in a big way.

I have seen this post more than once, so I decided to reply (and I accidentally liked it, lol):

It could be that their Tampa home sunk in value with the crash, and they didn't want to move and take a loss, when they didn't need to live anywhere in particular for Gruden to work for ESPN and MNF. It could also be that they anticipated Jon eventually returning to coaching, so they didn't want to move, only to move again in a few years. Or, maybe they just really love Tampa. We don't know.
