and then i will be done with UT football until they beat a rival... which wont happen until 2020 at the earliest

Gruden's agent came out and gave him cover today. He is basically saying Gruden wasn't looking to go anywhere, and this is what I would expect if a deal was not worked out. Looks better to his current employer etc. UT kind of acted the same way like there hasn't been any real communication between the two so they don't look like they got rejected. I think it is over. I hate it as well...

Strong is head and shoulders the best option of those 3 and I would not be upset. Guy can recruit and recruit FL. He'd need a strong staff, I'd still like to see Tee added. I'd be ok with keeping Chaney for stability and let's move on.
