2 I thought the OSU AD released a statement today that said permission to interview Gundy has not been asked.

Yes, when we were in a frenzy over Gruden, Hart was suppose to be flying around Oklahoma. Then suddenly, that article appeared and he was making phone calls to Gruden's agent, telling him we are sorry for the talk that we didn't talk to you.

From what I understand, hart wanted assurance the money would really be there. The Boosters don't trust hart. So a 3rd party has the money. (Just the 1st 3 yrs worth) Its use is strictly defined.
