At the final session of the marriage seminar, you have the opportunity to renew your vows of commitment to each other. (Eleven years, and I still get emotional at this part of the weekend. :wub:)

There are always couples who are at a point in their marriage where this isn't something they're able to do yet. The speaker addresses this ahead of time, so no one is uncomfortable. Today he said, "If you aren't there yet as a couple, if there is still work to do before you can sincerely commit to each other, just lean over quietly and tell your spouse....soon."

I am not lying. And I felt guilty that my thoughts immediately went to Tennessee football. But I still was overwhelmed with emotion looking into my husband's eyes as he said his words of commitment to me. If y'all ever get the chance to go to a Famiy Life Weekend to Remember, I highly recommend it!!

In his press conference he did say it's not about who gets the credit....

Just saw a GMC commercial with Gruden and got chills. Just the things he said in the commercial was enough to fire me up...this man is destined to be our next HC! SOON!

Volly, if you were REALLY committed to the Gruden cause, you would've said SOON to your husband instead of the vows, then just explained why, later. :)
