If they do hire a Fedora-type, how nauseating is it going to be having the Ainge's and Basilio's of the radio world trying to convince us how great of a coach he is......

I find it incredibly odd that both Gundy and Strong have popped up everywhere else...then Auburn and Arkansas both make hires that seemed to come out of nowhere. Maybe Malzahn wasn't a huge shock to Auburn, but it wasn't predictable either.

I find it hard to believe we were willing to show all of our cards all of the sudden. That sets us up for some possible embarrassment.

Amen. Everything I have seen from old interviews with Gruden about UT, to the OG's inside info, to the actions surrounding this whole charade tell me it is Gruden. Yet I was just about convinced last night it was Strong. It made no sense to me at all, but it seemed very real.

What I find funny is Hubbs has good info that both Gundy and Strong has an offer. He said he has never heard of that happening. Maybe Hubbs needs to reassess who is giving him his info and put 2 and 2 together.

Morning gang! I'm at a doctors office and about ten minutes ago sneezed really loud! It was hilarious as others in the room jumped about two feet in the air! Haaaaaaaa

I am starting to wonder if Hart is a genious (playing everyone to land Gruden) or hasn't a a freakin clue what is going on (other SEC schools already announcing coaches better than what is in play for us now)

Jut read where Butch Davis is currently an adviser for Tampa Bay.

There are other big names out there besides Gruden. If Gruden doesn't work for what ever reason, I can't for the life of me understand why we don't go after a bigger name. It is such a huge drop from Gruden to the other names we are hearing. This really blows my mind. I can't believe people making the kind of money making decisions like this. Really Baffling to say the least.

Just guessing but I think strong Told us Friday he would 100per accept the job. Something could have changed that but I still think he is our guy.

I have a good friend that graduated from OSU. He called last night and said "Gundy is not nor ever will leave OSU." He said there was some discussion on the radio out there but for the most part, no one believed there was any validity to his name thrown around here.

In my opinion Strong and Gundy are both tier 2 coaches. You need to come back to your real family here in Gruden.

At 7-5 this year, Gundy needed some leverage if he wanted to return to the table. Strong stands to get a million dollar raise from his current employer. That is a lot of money.

I hope this is tier three. My second tier is better than this one. Tier 1 is a tier of one name.
