Remember the fight we got into with Cleveland that year? Our bench tried to sprint to the other sideline and Hammontree dared any of them to try and pass him. That man was intimidating as hell.

ROFL!!! Was in the stands just above where Hammontree was standing, as the fight was on the east side of the field around the 20 and I was in the band.

Never forget the scene: Hammontree was about 5 yards out onto the field trying to decide whether to break up the fight or rush in and tear off some Blue Raider helmets. About 10 players sprint off the sideline and toward the fray. Hammontree wheels about, extends both arms out to the side as if to form a wall. In unison, every player, having taken only about 3 steps onto the field, freezes in place 10 feet from Hammontree and slowly backs away across the sideline.

Quick! Picture Derek Dooley. Ruined the moment didn't I. Hammontree was the anti-dooley. Horton and Hammontree were coaches for whom the players would "fix bayonettes" and charge, into anything. Gruden is that man for UT!

Good home defense. I have an M&P .40 with a Streamlight TLR-1 attached. 16 rounds and easy to maneuver. Light can be momentary or constant on. Won't argue against a 12 gauge though.

That is a good looking weapon. A pistol is next, just want a short pump first. Thanks
