You guys that are saying Vandy is going to kill us, you DID watch the 2008 and 2011 games didn't you? You know, the other 2 times recently they were SUPPOSED to kill us and couldn't even win, much less beat us badly? Heck even on Vandymania they are already whining about the "matchup problem".

Sorry, I'll believe it when I see it. They're Vandy, they'll find a way to lose.

Vandy has 4 SEC wins; they're actually 4-3 in the SEC. They've beaten Mizzou, AU, UK, and OM.

I'm guessing threads like this leading up to the game are a tradition because UT traditionally does much better than Vandy.

I agree with you guys; starting one of these this year doesn't seem to make much sense... a team with no SEC wins ridiculing a team with 4 SEC wins looks rather silly.

This reminds me of all the pussies in the make fun of Florida threads over the years that said we couldn't make fun of Florida because we never beat Urban Meyer. You are a disgrace to the SEC process.

I can at least buy that argument somewhat because the truth is, we have been owned by Florida.

But now we're shying away from a team that's beaten us ONE time in the past 30 years? All because they're 6-4, with an easier schedule? Plus we've already played this scenario twice in the past 4 years, 2008 and 2011. Both times we were supposed to get killed by Vandy and they couldn't even beat those 2 lame duck teams.

Seriously people, get a grip! We may lose the game, but this acting like we have no shot is ridiculous.

My brother-in-law in Nashville and his family were always Vandy fans (they graduated from there) ... until FL won an NC a few yrs ago ... "No, no, we have always been Florida fans." What a limp-wristed sorry-azz piece of ...
