After the lack of success from the first half I would not believed you if you told me this was going to be the result before the second half of sec games started.

Why didn't you bring up your argument before you saw how it turned out? I'd rather not take the bat out of the only two batters left in the line up who have proven they can actually hit SEC pitching (Simcox and Lee) than bet my entire season on batting avg of .260, .220, and .125. with one out and needing 2 runs.

Huh? How could I bring up an "argument" before someone criticizes CDS for bunting in the first place? Bunting there is the smartest and safest play. If you swing away there and hit into a double play, the season is most likely over. Too many bad things can happen unless you bunt.

this team had so many chances this season and we fell short. DS set the expectation pre-season that this was an NCAA tourney team and we didn't even make the SECT.

At least be man enough to come back and eat your crow. You sure were talking a lot when it looked like we were done, then you disappeared.

Just buy a ticket to get in and sit wherever you want to sit.

Great event. If you have never been, try to go down and at least stay the first two days so you can see every team and every fan base. A lot of characters will be there but it is a great setting. Normally, there is no trash talking between fans, very little heckling at players. Just folks rooting for their team and enjoying good baseball.
