Dunno about that but I believe saw on sportscenter that teams with a 3-2 lead go on to win the series 70%+ of the time.

I'm having trouble finding that; teams with a 3-1 lead win 90% of the time, but it doesn't break down when they won their 4th game.

So I guess overall history is on their side, I'm just not sure how it breaks down when 3-1 become 3-3 and Game 7 is on the road for the team that was up 3-1.
