Well you needed it after that awful showing. What has to the preds? Lack of effort can’t be a thing. It’s the playoffs. We have so many weapons we shouldn’t be this mediocre.

I think he would be, yes. This is a pattern with him. In Carolina, he was fired 25 games into his 5th season. In Philly, he was fired 3 games into his 5th season. He led both teams to Cup Finals (winning one) earlier in his tenure. Next year will be his 5th season in Nashville, and he of course made a Final earlier in his tenure there too.

He's a great coach - led 3 different teams to Finals appearances...but he seems like he might have a short shelf life. Which makes him not much different from most hockey coaches.
