Hopefully Butch can win 10 next year and stop the trend of recruiting classes getting worse. This class was supposed to be his best yet it's turned out to be his worst to date.

Still got some really good kids and hopefully we can get to 10 wins and a top 5 class next year.

Don't mind differing opinions but people like you just suck the life out of everything around you. That is unless you are an expert at coaching college football, then you must be correct.

Have we had any commits sign elsewhere today? Have we signed anyone unexpected? I looked over Freak's list, but I am not an expert in HS recruiting. Thanks all.

Really its just Georgia, LSU & Bama with the elite looking classes. Everybody else in the conference is pretty close.

We'll be alright as long as this class isn't a disaster. We got some elite talent on the roster currently.

Sidenote: Trey Smith could be a program changer. We needed that dude on this team like a crop needs rain.

And those are the teams we will have to beat to win the league.

We are fine as long as we sign a big class next year. We have great quarterbacks on the roster, OL will be elite, and we have some great pieces on the DL. How did Clemson win this year? They hadn't recruited that great overall, but they had he best QB in the country and solid OL/DL play and an elite WR. We have all of that this season if JG lives up to his billing or if Dormady plays great as well. Next year Butch just needs to keep in state talent home and two top 10 in state players actively recruiting for him will help

Don't forget Clemson has an elite head coach.

I definitely agree on the QB changing the equation entirely. LSU should be better than they are but they can't get a QB.

Right but its not just like Georgia is going to get one elite class and then immediately be elite. It's a process. We've got a couple elite classes like that on our roster too, and they're gonna be upperclassmen.

True about LSU. It also took Dabo a while and staff upgrades. Hopefully Butch does the same

All three teams are on our schedule this coming year and two of them are on our schedule every year.

Decent recruiting won't cut it. We have to be recruiting to the point that everyone else thinks we're cheating.
