Is pretty much the same way for lobster, right? Just less time?
They had a pretty dope setup. It was a trailer with a mechanical pulley system. After boiling the mudbugs, you'd use said system to lift the pot out of the boiler and dump them into a cooler. Pour about 5 quarts of the seasoning before shaking the **** out of said cooler, then serve.
