Official Super Bowl XLVIII thread

The championship argument is the most overblown argument I've ever seen. Take John Elway for instance. He's one of the top 5 of all time on the strength of those 2 Super Bowls . . . Yet if you were paying attention in the late 90s you know it was a declining John Elway and an insane running game that won those championships. Football is a team game anyway you slice it.

Yet anyway you slice it qbs have a great opportunity to change the outcome they do freakin touch the ball the most of offensive players.

Of course they do. Just saying that if outstanding QB play could overcome everything, Dan Fouts, Dan Marino and Jim Kelly would have Super Bowl rings and Trent Dilfer wouldn't.

It's gotten away from it lately, but it really is amazing how often the Super Bowl turns out like this.

Coke commercial of another Forrest Run was priceless.

As for worst Super Bowl cowboys over bills the 70 points scored one, two teams that played like crap I think mocked as inept bowl that involved cowboys great stabuch, 49ers over chargers plus vast others yes this Super Bowl is lopsided but far from the worst when those outdo by freakin miles.
