I think you look at UGA, had a coaching change but look at the roster, 95% Georgia kids...this is a hard job.

C'mon man...if the teams ahead of you are recruiting better players, in other words they're top 5 classes, top 10 classes and you have to play those teams...

If only 7 teams are ahead of you then you shouldn't consistently finish in the bottom 3. This is a program that averaged a CWS every 3 years during a 10 yr stretch under Delmonico; it's not that hard to build a solid program. No one is asking for a Omaha or bust type program.

Raleigh missed on a ton of TN talent, it's the one HS sport we have had somewhat of a home state advantage in. Brice Brentz was an AA who got out of Knoxville and wound up at MTSU, at the same time you had Matt Rice from Johnson City being a Johnny Bench semifinalist twice at WKU.
