Yeah, I'm biased but I wish people would get off the FAHR DS train. Give him one more year...who knows, but, one more year...at least.

I hear you, we could do a lot worse. CDS may not be bringing us back as quick as we like but he has history and a story to sell.

Personally, he may be delegating too much. Bergy runs the offense and infield, Dill is now the pitching coach, Thomas is in charge of recruiting........CDS may need to get back in the mix more and make more decisions himself.
