Haha yeah I can think of some other reasons as well. Our approach at the plate and on the base path is very confusing to me at times. As for the pitching I agree. I have a couple of friends that are former players and they say the pitching staff is still quite a ways away from being where it needs to be. Thanks

Approach and adjustments are the name of the game. Young guys struggle with both. First time through they are ok but 2nd and 3rd times through the lineup they struggle to adjust like more experienced players. Serrano has a tough job balancing that because the only way they learn is to let them battle through it. Can't pull them or you never learn nor does he know who is progressing and who isn't. IMO, he's doing a heckuva job. This team is ahead of where they probably should be.
