Lost it in the 7th inning with runners on 2nd and 3rd and couldn't get a hit. This team has struggled all season coming up with the key hits when runners are in scoring position.

I agree, it would have been nice to get a run across there.

However...as bad as you might feel about us being able to score...yesterday MSU left 12 stranded, 11 tonight, 23 runners in two games to our 7 yesterday and 4 today for 11 total.

The team is 4-8 when he starts. Pretty staggering statistic...the team is 7-1 when KS starts, 6-1 when Lee starts, 3-1 when Cox starts, 5-5 when Hunter Martin starts...

Nick Williams must certainly feel like the world is against him. Hats off to him tonight, grit and grind all the way.
