As long as Dooley remains our coach (something I have no control over) I shall support him and hope/wish/root and expect a GREAT season. Should he be replaced with Coach "whoever" I will give him the same orange shaded support.

I doubt Hart will call me and ask my imput into the situation, so the only honest thing I can do besides grip and Bi**h and make every one around me miserable is SIMPLY BE A FAN....and I am happy to be so

8-4 with a decent bowl. If we somehow play out of our minds this year and win 9 or 10 games, there's no reason to eat crow since 8-4 is a pretty reasonable expectation given our skill position talent and schedule. One would have to eat crow if the prediction was 5-7 since that's absurdly unreasonable.

I sincerely hope that Derek Dooley succeeds as head coach at the University of Tennessee. I think he walked into a bad situation. That said, I have not seen anything to make me think that he will succeed here.

Hart actually called me a couple of days ago looking for your phone number. Sorry man, I lost it. I also forgot to get his number from him to give to you. Hope it wasn't anything important. :)

If Tennessee finishes the season with at least 10 wins, I'll be sure to post in this thread and credit Dooley.

If Tennessee wins the SEC I'll walk from Columbus to Knoxville and congratulate Dooley in person.

Beef.. its just some people understand the situation he walked into and think he has done a pretty damn good job rebuilding our team for us considering the state it was in when he got here. Pretty sure even the mighty saban had a worse loss then UK when he took over a new program, I would much rather lose to UK then Louisiana-monroe..(at least they are an SEC team) he even had bammers questioning him after. Those same bammers that now have his face tattooed on their left fat but-cheek... just sayin

beef already knows this but he is one of the type of people who can not be wrong in anything he does, so feeding him the crow will be so much sweater.

So in your opinion those of us who think he has underachieved since donning the orange pants have no idea the shape the program was in? So I guess in your eyes all of us only started watching UT 2 years ago?

What about the VN thread of "eat $h!t" for everyone who has bad mouthed DD and the program? I personally don't think people who bad mouth DD and the team should be allowed to conveniently jump back on the the Bandwagon when we start winning again. I am not talking about ones who criticize but the ones who blatantly bad mouth the team.

Nah!

They only have the best interest of the team in mind. Thats because they donate millions of dollars a year and their family has had season tickets since Neyland took over

If CDD is as bad as you say, and the recruits are as inept as you say, how in the world in your mind are 8 wins expected as the worst they should do?

You need a gauge for a crow eatin thread CV.

Im sure we'll cover the 5 wins from last year. But you may have some crowing over 7 wins and calling victory.

Needs some rules to the game.

They know who they are. Wins wont matter to them, they are going to talk crap no matter what

I expect 8 wins or better
