OFFICIAL VOLS COMMIT LIST as the LOIs come in -- 2/4

Well, I am happy for Nelson. He seems like a straight up young man...I guess we lost out on some dark horses that ended up freeing up a scholarship for him.

If Moses is a sign and place guy....he might have a hard time making it at Virginia or UNC...not saying UT is low academic, but they aren't as prestigious as UNC or Virginia...

Funny how things work out.

Yeah. I used to live like 30 mins away from UVa so I was looking to apply there. Their AVERAGE GPA for incoming freshman was like a 4.3 or something crazy like that. I could've got in though.

I don't understand a 4.3. I am used to a 4.0 scale, with 4.0 being the highest score that can be earned.

I think that Nelson was a great pick-up. I feel that he is one of the more underrated guys in this class.

Jaques Smith is such a huge pickup. He is projected #1 player in the state of TN for next year!

sorry if this was posted. according to rivals

""Janzen will not sign today," said his father, Lance Guidry. "He will sign tomorrow at 9 a.m. His mom missed a flight so we had to delay it."

Jackson, 6-0 and 174 pounds, is from Lake Charles (La.) Barbe High School. He's the nation's No. 2 rated cornerback prospect. Jackson is committed to LSU but in recent weeks has visited Alabama and Tennessee."

I thought they were waiting on Nelson to see if they had room.

Yes and the fact he stuck around after being told they may not have room to begin with tells me he wanted to play for the Orange and wouldn't accept going anywhere else.
