it's been a wild ride today. It was like watching Election Returns or something as the news trickled in (in the next hour, the polls will close in ......).

I am pleased with several of our signees (Myles jumps out as one who can make an impact early. It will be exciting to have Teague staying in state, etc.). I hated to lose some too - but in the end it looks like we addresses some immediate needs. If we add Bryce and/or Janzen then we are on our way.

The guys who dissed us (no names, but initials marlon brown,) made their beds. Now the question is how well will they sleep in them?

i agree 100%. i am getting sick of a lot of people bashing this class. The true Vol fans will support CLK and staff.

Thanks Freak I have been working since a little before 9 AM today and your thread saved me from a complete breakdown (I have been working on one since 2005 season). Tomoorw I will be in early again to apologize to my staff for all of my profane rantings that had nothing to do with them. You all do a great job and I appreciate it. I love this class and the job that this staff did!!!!...and forgive me for not reading the pages before... if I have missed anything,where is J. Jackson right now???? Sorrry fellas, If I missed some stuff the last few hrs....please keep me updated!

Jackson has not signed. He was thought to be an LSU lock but rumors have him considering Tennessee.

my buddy that told me the other day that M. Teague was commiting to us said that its J. Jackson that he is coming to Knox! take it for what its worth

There's going to be skeptics. It has nothing to do with being "true vol fans." That's like saying that "only true vol fans will support CPF and staff."

Both sides accusing the other is ridiculous. Kiffin hopefully will be great, but don't throw out the "only true vol fans will support CLK and staff" because that's completely bogus and untested. I'm confident he can do great things, but I can understand why some will be skeptical until he proves them otherwise.

they haven't given him and his staff time to prove anything yet! i don't like fair weather fans and there are plenty of them on here and they will be the same ones kissing CLK's butt if he is successful. i said if because who knows for sure?

espn shows hardy, carroll still not signed. is there any chance we steal one of them plus the guys that have been discussed at length (brown, oku, jackson). there are several guys not signed according to espn big board prospects.
