She has scored or assisted on 76% of their made FGs in this game. And people wonder why they say her name a lot, she affects almost every play of the game for her team. It’s unreal sometimes.

As GREAT of a coach as Kim Mulkey is, her offensive Xs and Os leave a lot to be desired, IMO. She is amazing at recruiting elite players that can create their shot - AND great rebounders with that dog mentality - which makes up for a lot.

But it shows against really high IQ teams/coaches that aren’t as quick/athletic.

I hope Scott Rueck is on Danny’s short list. I want beautiful basketball on The Summitt.

You are correct they are getting wide open looks. Iowa is not coming out of that zone because they know LSU is not a good outside shooting team.

She did but both Johnson and Poa got in foul trouble so she went back to HVL. All those two were gonna do is send her to the line and Kim knows the only thing worse than giving her the 3 is letting her get to the line and score with the clock off.
