oh god we are getting off subject here..... I dont like where we are going..

so lets see, we got about 13 hours or so to get ready for this game. I got to find out where I am watching this game tommorrow. I am guessing in my room with no one since everyone in my family cares nothing for sports and I live around a bunch of people that hate college basketball.. Maybe I will make a nice big sandwhich with a tall glass of milk and hope for the best with the vols.

:lol: Its rough not having admin rights to your machine... I had similar problems while at work. The fun part is calling IT to come and install the software FOR you since you can't do it yourself... try that with your dad!

"Dad, I need Macromedia Shockwave." one hour later... "Dad, I need Flash." later... "Dad I need Adobe Reader." finally he decides that you're a big boy, and can do all this yourself. :devilsmoke:

Can't recall the last time I was thinking how many hours til tipoff of a Vol basketball game. What a turnaround in one season with one coach.

Wichita State beat a Seton Hall team that had won over NC Sate this year and Syracuse.They were blown out by Duke and Uconn(40).Lost to W/S by 20. We have our hands full with W/S big time, but we can do it!

oh man, seton hall beat all mighty syracuse. everyone we are screwed now.


Seton hall sucks. Idk if that means anything, but lets put it in persepective here. If we played them in the first round, I think we would have beat them by 25.

sorry, I was just trying to make myself feel better about todays game. I cant see us losing, I dont think we will lose, but I am still nervous as hell.

The only reason I checked their schedule was because all I've heard on this board was about great Wichita State is! :banghead:

I haven't been this nervous for a UT BBall game since the LAST time we were in the tournament and HAD UNC BEAT WITH 3 MINUTES TO GO!!!!! IM GOING TO PUKE!

Is it too much to ask for a good showing today? I'm talking about playing like we did against Texas or UF or at Kentucky. Let's show everyone why we're where we are. :rock:

we can only hope OWB. I personally hope tennessee wins, but it will be tough for them. MVC has come to play this year, but tennessee is a special team this year. there is just something about them that you have to love. all year they have been the underdog. no one thought they could beat texas... done. no one thought they could win the sec east.... done. now no one thinks they can get to the sweet 16. If lofton and watson have a better game (which i dont think they can do any worse then their last game) then they can win.

I just found the Vegas line. It's UT by 3. As a WSU fan that really "shocked" me. I was thinking it would be more like 6 or 7.

If Pearl is using Dr. Tom Davis' press, WSU has seen that a lot. Davis is coaching at Drake now. Just never with the athletes that UT puts on the floor.

Vols opened as 3 1/2 point favorites and now it's at 2 1/2.

I think it will be tight. Their big guy inside worries me. We have to get the game up-tempo AND get back on defense. If it's a halfcourt game we'll have problems.

But I have a feeling UT's guards are going to break out today.
